Why:
How quickly the years slip by when we are busy homeschooling! One of my favorite areas of my home is the hall where my kids' portraits are displayed. It's my wall of love and it reminds me to slow down and cherish these days that can feel so long yet so short. It also makes me realize that despite the challenges of parenting, I have beautiful children with unique strengths and capabilities. And you better believe I hug them a little tighter after looking back at their past years' portraits (the chubby cheeks, the button noses, they were so little)! An image can bring so much joy!
